Good Chungju

Chungju multi-purpose dam is the largest scale concrete gravity dam in Korea, and was built for the purpose of securing water resources, preventing flood damages through flood control capability, and producing pollution-free hydraulic energy, which began to be built in 1978 and completed in 1985.

In the surrounding areas, there are spaces available for you to relax and enjoy, including Water Control Center, observation elevators, monument, waterwheel, and a park. Additionally, at the Chungjuho Lake Dock where you can board Chungju ho Tour Ship.
